摘　　要：使用气相色谱仪(Gas Chromatography)分析膳食纤维中的单糖组分。实验结果表明,大豆膳食纤维和麦麸膳食纤维均含有鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖等6种单糖。在本实验的设定的检测条件下,上述6种单糖的标样保留时间分别为7.378、7.961、8.276、10.066、10.371、10.627 min。通过对比保留时间和峰面积的检测结果,确定大豆膳食纤维和麦麸膳食纤维中的单糖成分,分析各种单糖的含量相对高低。Gas Chromatography was used to analyse the monosaccharide components of 2 kind dietary fiber. The experiment results shows that all the soybean and wheat bran fiber had 6 kinds of monosaccharide ,which were rhamnose,arabinose,xylose ,mannose ,glucose and galactose respectively. The retention time of abovementioned monosaccharide were 7.378,7.961,8.276,10.066,10.371,10.627 min respectively. By comparing the test results of retention time and peak area, the composition of monosaccharide of two fiber were fixed.
