摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取枇杷核挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析挥发油的化学成分,并以总还原力、ABTS自由基和亚硝酸钠的清除作用为指标评价枇杷核挥发油的体外抗氧化活性.研究结果表明:从枇杷核挥发油中鉴定出20个化合物,占挥发油总量的89.69%,其中以苯甲醛和苯甲酸为主;25%枇杷核挥发油具有极好的抗氧化活性,各项指标均优于阳性对照,且抗氧化活性与样品体积呈显著的量效关系.The volatile oil from loquat seed was extracted by means ot steam distillation and its chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS and its antioxidant activities in vitro were evaluated by total reducing power,and scavenging capacity against ABTS ·,sodium nitrite.The results showed that twenty compounds,which occupied 89.69% of total constituents,were identified and the major components were benzaldehyde and benzoic acid.The antioxidant activities of 25% volatile oil from loquat seed were better than that of the positive control in a concentration-dependent fashion.Therefore,the volatile oil from loquat seed possessed excellent antioxidant activities.
