摘　　要：通过对权函数的估算,应用实分析的技巧,建立了一个零齐次核的Hilbert型积分不等式及其等价形式.有最佳常数因子.同时给出其逆向不等式.In this paper, by estimating the weight function and using the technique of real analysis, we give a new Hilbert-type integral inequality with a homogeneous kernel of O-degree and a best constant fac- tor . The equivalent forms and the reverses are considered.
