摘  要:随着科学技术的进步,我国社会近百年来书写工具已由过往千百年使用毛笔转变为使用以钢笔为代表的各类硬笔(如铅笔等),进入1990年代后各种性能更佳、使用携带较钢笔更便利的硬笔又替代了钢笔的主导地位。目前人类已进入21世纪,全球化信息化成为时代的特征,伴随信息化的到来,人们的书写工具再一次发生巨大变化,在日常工作、学习、生活中电脑键盘输入愈来愈显示出其优越性,电脑键盘输入代替用笔手写成为不可逆转的现实,然而近年来提笔忘字的严峻现实却出现在了国人面前,该如何面对这由于信息化而引发的"国人书写汉字能力普遍退化"的危机,并有效化解这一危机,本文进行了深入探讨。With the advance of science and technology, our writing tools have changed from thousand-year-old brushes to various hard-pointed pens like fountain pens (or pencils, etc.) during the past century. Since 1990, all kinds of hard pens that have better quality and are more portable again replaced the dominance position of fountain pens. Now we have already entered the twenty-first century, which is characterized by globalization and information technology, human's writing tools changed again at the dawn of the information age. In daily life, work and study, keyboard uses become popular, which seems to have irreversibly replaced handwriting. In recent years, however, the difficulties in writing down correct characters dawned upon Chinese people. This paper will discuss thoroughly how Chinese people should face the crisis of the regressions in writing Chinese characters and how to resolve it.
