摘  要:幼儿教师继续教育管理贯穿继续教育的整个过程,对继续教育的效果起着至关重要的作用。本研究采用问卷法和访谈法,对幼儿教师在继续教育管理方面的现状与需求之间的差异进行了分析。结果表明,幼儿教师需求与现实状况之间均存在一定的差异。为提高继续教育效果,继续教育机构应重视继续教育前的需求调研并注重后期的跟踪调查;应形成园内培训和园外培训相结合的培训机制;应制定和完善继续教育的管理制度;应在学习与反思中提高幼儿教师的反思实践能力。Preschool teachers' continuing education management runs through the entire process of continuing education, and it also plays a vital role on the effect of continuing education. Based on the questionnaire and interview method, the research did difference analysis of present situation and the demand of preschool teachers for continuing education management. The result showed that there were some differences among the demand of research attitude, arrangement of time, location arrangement, the system set-up, the testing method and the realities. Based on these differences, the researchers put forward some suggestions for the continuing education management.
