摘  要:教师教育问题一直都是各国教育研究领域的热点问题。目前,我国正处在从人口大国向人力资源强国转变的过程中,教师教育问题显得尤为重要。自改革开放以来,我国对教师教育培养模式开展了多方位的探索,并已取得了巨大的成绩,但仍存在不少的问题。本文梳理了我国教师教育的发展历程,从培养目标及课程设置两个方面分析了教师教育的发展现状和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。Teacher education is one 'the hot research problems in education research field. At present, China is transforming from a country with large population to that with strong human resources. Therefore, teacher education becomes increasingly important. The training model of teacher education in China has been explored through multiple perspectives since the reform and opening-up policy was carried out. Although teacher education in China has made great progress in the past decades, there are still many existing problems to be solved. This paper clears up the history of development of teacher education in China firstly, and then discusses current situation and existing issues in teacher education from two aspects, including training objects and curriculums. Finally,corresponding countermeasure to solve the problems are proposed.
