摘　　要：2009年,南通市卫生监督所全面启动信息化建设工作,以创新理念,提出建设数字化卫生监督项目,其中,应用现代信息技术开展食品安全监管是项目建设的重要组成。作者通过信息技术应用实践的介绍,分析了现代信息技术在食品安全监管中所发挥的作用,并对信息化建设工作进行了讨论。In 2009,Nantong Health Authority launched a comprehensive information construction work with innovative ideas,proposed construction of digital health monitoring project.In this project,the application of modern information technology to carry out food safety supervision is an important composition. This paper analyzes the role of modern information technology in the food safety supervision and discuss matters related to information technology, through the introduction of information technology applications.
