摘　　要：大学生的学习过程及结果会受学习动机和教学设计的影响。以美国当代著名心理学家加涅的学习理论为基础,深入分析了学习内外部动机对学习活动的影响因素,提出了以教学内容差异性为基础,有效达到教学目标的教学设计方法。The learning process and result of undergraduate students will be affected by the learning motivation and the teaching design. Based on the contemporary American famous psychologist Gagne＆#39;s learning theory, this paper analyzes the influences of the internal and external learning motivation in learning activities, and put forward the design method based on the different teaching content which can effectively achieve the teaching goal.
