摘  要:新中国成立以来,我国民汉双语教师培训工作取得了巨大的成就。但也面临着"民汉"两种文化冲突的文化困境、双语教师培训路径的发展性困境、培训效果的变革性困境以及教师双语能力提高与需求满足的能力性困境等。因此,要突破这些困境的束缚与压迫,就要建立多元化"双语人"培养机制、建立大学专业引导下的职前职后双语教师培养培训一体化机制、建立政府主导下的双语教师培训协同创新机制以及建立以中小学为基础的双语教师实训基地,以提高民汉双语教师培训的质量与效率。Since 1949, our national training of Ethnic-Chinese Bilingual teachers has made a great achievement. However, there still exist the cultural conflict of the Ethnic-Chinese, the developmental dilemma of bilingual teachers' training, the transformational dilemma of bilingual teachers' training and the capable dilemma between the development of bilingual teachers' ability and their demands. Therefore, it's necessary to establish a diversified training system of bilingual teachers, an integrative system of pre- career and post-career teacher education based on professional guidance, a synergetic innovation system of bilingual teachers' training based on government guidance, and a bilingual teachers training on the basis of primary and secondary schools so as to break through these dilemmas and improve the efficiency of bilir^gual teachers tra^rdng.
