摘  要:研究了新生亚硫酸钙对糖汁中非糖分物质的吸附动力学及吸附过程中Zeta电位变化规律.结果表明:新生亚硫酸钙对胶体的吸附过程符合Lagergren准一级吸附速率方程,对氨基酸和酚类物质的吸附过程较符合Lagergren准二级吸附速率方程.随着吸附时间的延长,非糖分物质相应的吸附量逐渐增加,Zeta电位也逐渐增大,大约在吸附30 min后,3种物质基本达到吸附平衡,此时Zeta电位也基本趋于稳定.结合双电层理论,对吸附过程中Zeta电位随吸附时间的变化及其对吸附容量的影响机理进行了探讨.This paper studies the kinetics of adsorption on the newly-generated calcium sulfite for the non-sugar substances of the sugar syrup and the variation laws of Zeta potential. The results indicate that the adsorption of the newly-generated calcium sulfite for the colloid could meet the Lagergren pseudo-first-order adsorption rate equation, while that for the amino acids and phenolic pigments is more in line with the Lagergren pseudo-second-order adsorption rate equation. With the adsorption time going by, the corresponding adsorption amounts of the non-sugar substances gradually increase, coupled with the Zeta potential. After 30 min of the adsorption, these three substances almost reach equilibrium, and the Zeta potential also tends to be stable at the same time. Based on the electric double layer theory, this paper explores the changing laws of Zeta potential over time in the adsorption process and its influence mechanism on the adsorption capacity.
