摘  要:从次相授业到贝尔-兰卡斯特制,再到同伴教导,导生制的内涵与表现形式在不断地发生变化。网络教育语境下的导生制是一种以学习者为中心、以合作学习为基础,学生之间互帮互学的一种教学模式。导生制在网络教育中的应用,有效解决了教学过程中教与学同步契合、网上学习向网下延伸等难题,体现了以人为本的教育思想,促进了学习者全面发展。From the second phase imparting to Bell-Lancaster system and then to peer teaching, the connotation and representation pattern of monitorial system was changing constantly. Monitori- al system is a kind of teaching model under the circumstance of network education. It is learner-cen- tered and based on cooperative learning as the foundation. Under the model, students can help and learn from each other. The application of monitorial system in network education effectively re- solves some problems such as synchronization of teaching and learning during the teaching process, and extension of online learning to off-line learning. It reflects the people-oriented educational thoughts and promotes the comprehensive development of the learners.
