摘　　要：2013年11月11日-12日,中国成人教育协会"全国成人教育科研机构工作委员会2013年年会"暨"全国中青年成人教育研究工作者理论研讨会"在武汉华中师范大学隆重召开。大会顺利完成了委员会新老理事会换届选举工作;集中学习了我国成人继续教育发展概况和首届国际学习型城市大会会议精神;交流讨论了中青年学者最新研究成果;陆续启动了5个研究协作组的组建程序,并着手落实《北京宣言》解读工作。此次大会形成了丰富的会议成果,为我国学习型社会(城市、社区)研究、为中国成人教育研究的新发展奠定了重要基础。＂2013 Annual Conference of National Adult Education Research Institutions＇ Work Committee＂ of China Adult Education Association and ＂National Seminar of Young and Middle- aged Researchers of Adult Education＂ was held in the Central China Normal University in Wuhan on November 11-12, 2013. This conference completed the general election of Committee~ partici- pants studied the development overview of national adult continuing education and spirit of the In- ternational Conference on Learning Cities in Beijing; the young and middle-aged researchers dis- cussed their latest research results; the conference decided to start the processes of forming 5 re- search cooperative groups and began the interpretation of ＂Beijing Declaration＂. It achieved abun- dant meeting results, which laid important foundations for the research of learning society （city ＆ community） and adult education in China.
