摘  要:师范院校的教育类课程是最富有师范特色的课程,也是实施教师教育专业化的核心课程。构建师范院校、地方教育管理部门和中小学多方对接机制,理论与实践多课程、精内容、长学时、重能力的课程体系,以及内外兼修、知行统一的教学过程,既是优化教育类课程的功能、结构、内容、实施和评价,培养"专业形成型"基础教育入职教师的重要实践,又是改善教育类课程教学模式,拓展理论联系实际内涵,丰富教学理论的重要创新。The educational courses are the most distinguishing ones in the normal universities, and they are also the core courses to implement the education of teacher professionalization. It is necessary to establish a joint system among the normal universities, local education department and middle or primary schools, to construct a curriculum system with both theory and practice which advocates teaching content, ability training and long duration, and to build a teaching process which focuses on both knowledge and morality and on the unity of recognition and action. These will not only optimize the function, structure, content, implementation and evaluation of education curriculum, but also an important practice to train the future teachers and to improve the teaching mode of educational courses. Also, these can extend the connotation of the theory with practice and to enrich the teaching theories.
