制约高职院校办学质量的问题及对策

摘　　要：随着我国现代产业的快速发展,社会分工越来越专业化,对高职院校人才的培养质量要求也越来越高。然而在高等职业教育中,政府有关部门的主导作用远未到位以及院校和行业企业合作中"貌合神离"等问题,仍在制约着高职院校办学质量的提升。为此,应进一步强化政府有关部门的主导作用,并使之科学化,建立和完善校企双主体人才培养系统,营造学生好学上进的良好氛围,切实提升高职院校的办学质量。With the rapid development of modern industry, social division of labor is be- coming more and more professional, which puts forward higher requirements for the talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges. However, the related department of government didn＇t play the leading role fully, and the cooperation between the colleges and enterprises appeared united outwardly but divided at heart, which limited the schdol-running quality of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it should improve the leading role of government, and make it scientific; construct and promote the talent cultivation system dominated by the col- leges and enterprises; create a studious atmosphere, to improve the school-running quality of higher vocational colleges really.
