摘  要:高职院校的人才培养应贴近社会生产实际,符合企业的诉求。英语教师作为高职院校师资力量的重要组成部分,其与相关专业教学实践相结合能力的培养不容忽视。因此,学校可以通过实施定期顶岗实践制度、建立定期培训制度、师徒结对、教师加强自身学习等途径来提高教师的专业化发展,走产学研结合、理论与实践一体、校企合作的职业教育之路。Vocational training should be closely linked to the actual production of society, and talent training of higher vocational education should satisfy the demand of society and that of enterprises as well. English teachers, as an im- portant part of teachers in vocational colleges, cannot ignore their own teaching and professional practice. Therefore, in order to improve the professional development of teachers, the school can implement a regular practice system, es- tablish a regular system of training and apprenticeship, and urge teachers to learn on their own, thus realizing the combination of production, teaching and research, the integration of theory and practice, and the cooperation of col- lege and enterprise.
