网络环境下元认知策略培训与自主听力学习能力培养的实证研究

摘　　要：本研究针对如何提高大学生英语听力自主学习能力问题,在网络自主听力教学中对学生实施了元认知策略培训,并对培训前后学生元认知策略使用情况进行了比较,发现元认知策略培训能够有效促进大学生英语听力水平的提高。但是,研究也发现,学生的自我监控和管理能力明显较弱,影响了他们的自主听力学习能力的提高,需要教师在今后教学中加强对这类策略的培训。In this study, the experiment of meta-cognitive strategy training in the autonomous listening learning was cnoducted to compare the investigation of students＇ use of meta-cognitive strategy before and after the training to learn how to improve the students＇ ability of autonomous listening. The study showed that strategic training can help students improve their listening scores, but it also found that students＇ ability of self-monitoring and self-management is still very low, which affects their improvement of autonomous listening. Teachers should strengthen the training of these strategies in the teaching.
