摘 要:经济的发展带来人们生活水平的提高,消费观念的变化,餐饮业的繁荣,同时也带来了过度消费、食品安全和饮食健康问题。中国的文化遗产中积累了膳食保健的丰富经验。餐饮业要践行导食服务理念,推行健康饮食教育,创制绿色健康食品,引导绿色饮食消费,促进绿色饮食消费体系的建立。Economic development contributes to improvement of people's living standard, changes in their consumption concepts and prosperity of the catering industry, Which are simultaneously accompanied by excessive consumption and the problems in food security and healthy diets. With abundant experience of diets and healthcare accumulated in Chinese cultural heritage, we should develop the concepts of practicing catering guidance service and healthy diet education, developing healthy green foods, guiding green food consumption and promoting construction of the system for green food consumption.
