从目的论视角看春秋淹城遗址名称的英译

摘　　要：春秋淹城遗址是春秋时期保存下来最完整的古城之一,也是常州市重要的旅游景点。目前,该景点名称的英译存在混乱、不准确等问题。从翻译的目的论视角,对现有的译名进行梳理,提出文化遗产类景点名称翻译的原则和策略。The Ruins of Yancheng Ancient City in Spring＆autumn Period is an important scenic spot in Changzhou city, which is so far one of the most complete ancient city back to the Spring＆autumn Period. However, the Chinese - English translation of its name is filled with confusions and mistrauslations. In view of it, the paper will, from the Skopos pempective of translation studies, look into the various English names of it, and put forward principles and strategies for the Chinese - English translation of the names of cultural heritages. It is hoped that it can help the international pubhcity of tourist attractions.
