摘 要:中国师范教育的发展线索先后经历了"超越传统教育-师范教育西化-师范教育中国化-师范教育现代化"的演进。在这一演进过程中,江苏百年师范发展史是全国师范教育的典型和缩影。以江苏百年师范发展史为例,我们发现:中国百年师范教育改革与发展的传统及现代意蕴——"优先发展"是百年师范教育改革的政策诉求;"面向农村小学"是百年师范教育改革的国情选择和功能定位;"职业人格养成"是百年师范人才培养的目标追求;"综合培养"是百年师范人才培养的模式传统。The cues and themes of teacher education development in China has been through the transition from tradition breaking to westernization, to localization, and to modernization. And the teacher education in Jiangsu is the epitome. The current paper toke a close look at the development of Jiangsu's teacher education in the last century, and caught a glimpse of the tradition of teacher education development and its modem implication in China: development priority has been the political aspiration, facing the rural primary school has been the orientation, professional personality cultivation has been the goal, and comprehensive development has been the tradition of talent training model.
