摘  要:高职院校专业教师是基于工作过程的校本课程开发的行动主体和核心。课程开发是一个非常复杂的过程,专业教师需要参与课程开发所有阶段的工作,工作难度大、任务繁重。为此,作为高职院校专业教师应该找准自己在课程开发中的角色定位,并采取相应工作策略,以便有针对性地做好课程开发工作,提高课程开发工作成果的质量。Professional teachers of higher vocational colleges are the main body of the action and core in school- based curriculum development based on working process. The curriculum development is a very complicated process,teachers need to participate in curriculum development at all stages of the work. The work is very difficult and the task load is heavy. Therefore,the professional teachers of higher vocational colleges should find the right role position in curriculum development and work tactics should be taken in order that they can do the job in quality curriculum development and improve the curriculum development work.
