地方高校与社区教育互动发展研究——基于学习型社会建设的思考

摘　　要：在终身教育、终身学习理念的指导下,在服务区域社会功能的引领下,地方高校与社区教育应打破彼此间的壁垒,遵循双向沟通、共建共享、系统规范、社会服务等互动发展原则;构建资源共享、定向培养、专项服务、机构共建、协同创新等多元化互动发展模式;完善制度保障机制、评估激励机制等互动发展动态管理体系;有力地促进地方高校应用型人才的培养,社区教育的规范和快速发展,以及学习型社会的建设。Under the guidance of the concepts of lifelong education and lifelong learning, and me function of regional social service, local universities and community education should break the barriers between each other, follow the interactive development principles of two-way communication, co- construction and sharing, system specification, social services; construct diversified interactive development models of resource sharing, oriented training, special services, institution building, synergy innovation; improve and perfect the dynamic interactive development management system of institution guarantee, assessment and incentive mechanism to promote applied talents training in local universities, to standardize and achieve the rapid development of community education, and to construct a learning society.
