摘  要:目的:研究西藏芜菁与竹叶黄酮协同增效对人体低氧耐受性及抗氧化能力的影响。方法:在预试验的基础上,以芜菁冻于粉和竹叶黄酮的复配胶囊为试验材料,以抗缺氧药物(红景天胶囊)为阳性对照,以安慰剂(马铃薯淀粉胶囊)为空白对照,进行扩大规模的人体试食试验。预试验周期为14d。选取青年男女各2名,日摄取不同剂量[560和1120mg/(d·人)]的复配胶囊,分别于第0、7、14天在2个模拟海拔高度(5000m和7500m)下做低氧耐受性试验,同步监测血氧饱和度和心率的变化,记录低氧环境下思维能力精确性的下降以及出现的各种自觉症状:同步抽取受试者血样,检测血清中SOD和CAT等抗氧化酶的活性变化。扩大试验中选取30名年龄在20。30岁的健康青年男性,依据试验前个体对低氧的反应情况,遴选合格受试者,随机分成3组(复配胶囊、红景天胶囊和安慰剂),每日定时定量服用,日摄入剂量均为840mg(280mg/粒×3粒)。扩大试验周期为21天d.受试者分别于第0、7、14、21天在模拟7500in海拔高度下(氧含量7.1%)做低氧反应试验,并检测血液中多项抗氧化指标(SOD、CAT、GSH—px、MDA)及血常规和血生化全套。结果:预试验结果表明,在为期14d的预试验中复配胶囊能显著提高人体SOD、CAT酶的抗氧化活性,延缓血氧饱和度(SpO2)的下降。扩大试验结果表明:在第14、21天时,复配胶囊组与红景天胶囊组受试者血清SOD、CAT酶活性较第0天达到显著提高(p〈0.05),而第21天时MDA含量较试验前显著降低(p〈0.05)。结论:西藏芜菁与竹叶黄酮复配而成的胶囊表现出可与红景天胶囊相媲美的生物学功效,表明其具有开发耐缺氧功能性食品和天然药物的潜力。In order to study the synergetic effect of Tibet turnip and bamboo leaf flavonoids on anti-hypoxia and anti-oxidation in human beings. Based on the results of two-week pre-test, a three-week formal human test was conducted, in which the anti-hypoxia and anti-oxidation effects of Tibet turnip powder combined with bamboo leaf flavonoids (experimental control), Rhodiola as positive control, and potato starch as blank control were studied. All three kinds of samples were in the form of capsules. Two male and two female young participants in pre-test were asked to take different doses (560 and 1 120 mg per day) of test capsules and to take a hypoxia tolerance test at the 5 000 m or 7 500 m simulating altitude at the 0m, 7th, 14th day. Simultaneously, SpOt, heart ratio, decline of thought accuracy and the emer- gence of a variety of symptoms were also monitored in the process. The serum SOD, CAT activities were evaluated. During the three-week formal test, 30 healthy young men aging from 20 to 30 were selected and randomly divided into three groups (test capsule group, Rhodiola group and consoling group) according to the results of hypoxia reaction. The dose was 840 mg. All participants underwent the hypoxia test at the simulating altitude of 7 500 re(oxygen content is 7.1%) on the 0th, 7th, 14th, 21st day. The anti-oxidative ability (SOD, CAT, GSH-px. MDA), blood routine and bio- chemical indexes were subsequently examined. The results of pre-test revealed that Tibet turnip combined with bamboo leaf flavonoids could significantly enhance the anti-oxidative ability of SOD, CAT in human serum and delay the decline of SpO2. The result of formal study revealed that SOD, CAT activity of both test capsule group and positive group signif icantly elevated on the 2m and 3rd week (p〈0.05), while the MDA content significantly declined on the 3rd week (p〈0.05).
