摘　　要：文章以认知语言学有关"辖域"的研究为理论框架,通过对比分析科技英语文本的不同汉译,探讨了"辖域"对科技英语文本翻译的制约,笔者在平时工作中经常会发现翻译者在科技英语文本的翻译中会出现"辖域"的制约。Based on the theory of cognitive linguistics concerning scope, the paper has an exploration on the constraints of scope on the translation of English for Science and Technology. As a result, it is pointed out that translators, consciously or unconsciously, have been constrained by the scope in translation.
