基于产业调整的高职院校专业设置与动态调整机制的研究

摘　　要：通过研究,给出了基于产业调整的地区高职院校专业设置与动态调整的整体方案;在此基础上,提出了"末位淘汰、倒数减招、就业优先、重点扶持"的专业设置与动态调整机制;最后,以南通职业大学2013年招生专业动态调整为例,说明了基于产业调整的高职院校专业设置与动态调整机制的运行过程,以便各地区高职院校能科学的设置和优化调整专业结构,与地区产业结构发展相匹配。A total scheme for major setting and dynamic adjustment in vocational colleges based on industrial adjustment is given by research. On this basis, a major setup and dynamical adjusting mechanism which is“bottom out, countdown cutting admission, giving priority to employment, focusing on supporting”is put for-ward. Finally, taking Nantong Vocational University as an example, this paper illustrates its 2013 admission majors dynamical adjustment is as well as the mechanism running process, so that regional vocational colleges can set up and optimize major structure to match the regional industrial structure.
