摘 要:教师专业道德是教师在从事教育教学这一专业工作时所遵循的能体现教师专业特性、教师道德价值以及教师人格品质的道德规范和行为准则,其具有不可替性、示范性、深远性等特征。当前,加强教师专业道德建设,不仅需要在教师专业道德建设中激发教师的道德需要,提倡教师功利精神与奉献精神的统一;同时,还需要建立和完善教师专业道德奖惩机制,从现实出发,为教师提供道德的回报,从而推动我国教师专业道德的发展。Teachers professional morality is the moral rules and standards of behavior that must be followed by teachers when they are engaged in education and teaching, which can reflect the teaehers professional traits, moral values and personalities with irreplaceable, demonstrative, and far-reaching features. At present, in order to construct the teachers professional morality, we should inspire teachers moral needs and advocate the integration of teachers utilitarian spirit with their dedication spirit in the construction of teachers professional morality; at the same time, we should also establish and improve reward and punishment mechanism of teachers professional morality which can provide realistic return for teachers professional morality, so as to promote the development of teachers professional morality in China.
