摘　　要：为全面了解餐饮业自制饮料的现状,作者针对在餐饮业采集的209份自制饮料的抽检情况进行统计分析,对存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出有针对性建议和对策,以期提升餐饮业自制饮料的安全性。For a comprehensive understanding of the catering industry homemade drink of the status quo,the author makes a ststistical analysis of the acquisition in the catering industry 209 self-made beverage sampling situ- ation,the existing problems are discussed,and put forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the catering industry,homemade safety beverage.
