摘 要:借鉴新制度主义理论观点,将规制性、规范性和文化—认知性基础要素作为校企合作制度化的分析框架。以此框架分析我国区域职业教育校企合作制度化实践,其呈现三个特征:以规制性权威促进校企合作制度建立,以规范性角色建构推动校企合作制度形成,以文化—认知观念对接推动校企合作制度扩散。反思实践,有三方面值得关注:借鉴他域经验时需要进行他域解构与本土重构;政策制定与实施时要关注企业家的情感需求和反应;要关注自下而上的各组织和行动者的制度变迁诉求。Drawing the viewpoints of new institutionalism theory, this paper regards the regulative the normative, and the culture-cognitive elements as the analysis framework for the institutionalization of school-enterprise cooperation. Analyzing the school-enterprise cooperation institutionalization of regional vocational education through the framework, three charac- teristics is found: promote the establishment of school-enterprises cooperation institution by regulative authority, promote the formulation of school-enterprises cooperation institution by the construction of normative character construction and pro- mote the diffusion of school-enterprises cooperation institution by the linkage of culture-cognitive concept. Through the re- flection on practice, it is found the following three aspects should be paid attention: it is necessary to launch the other re- gion deconstruction and the local reconstruction while drawing lessons of other regions; it is necessary to pay attention to entrepreneurs' emotional needs and response while formulating and implementing policies; it is necessary to pay attention to the pursuit of institution changes of bottom-up organization and actors.
