摘　　要：就目前食品专业学生培养方式所存在的弊端进行分析,基于食品行业应用性和实践性强的特点,从教学、考核和实习等环节怎样贯穿"自主、互动、应用"式教学模式提出一些具体的意见与措施。The disadvantages existed in the students＆#39; cultivation mode of food specialty are analyzed. Based on the application and practicality of food industry, some ideas and practices are presented about how to apply independent-interaction-applica-tion teaching mode to education, examination and practice process.
