摘 要:本文剖析了Davis关于有趣性胜于真实性的研究策略未获管理学界重视的成因,然后以Davis理论为基础,结合管理研究中的两个特质(竞争研究者的作用,有趣性并非仅限于否定假设),构建了一个有趣性管理研究策略的"三角"框架,以此将有趣性管理研究策略定义为在一定背景下识别冲突、解决冲突和传递解决方案的动态过程,再据此识别出由五类冲突获取有趣性研究问题的方式,并梳理出有趣性地表达研究成果的做法。This paper explores the reason for the phenomenon that management academia pays no attention to Davis' research strategy that interesting surpasses truth, and constructs a triangle frame- work of interesting management research strategy based on Davis theory and the combination of two features in management research, namely the role of competitive researchers and interesting is not only limited to a negative hypothesis. Thus,it defines interesting management research strategy as a dynamic process of conflict identification, conflict solution and the transfer of solutions in a certain background, and explores five general ways discovering the interesting research problems. Then it sorts out some useful skills in writing research contributions in interesting style.
