摘 要:建立了可同时检测猪肉中氯丙嗪,丙酰丙嗪,氮哌酮,氟哌啶醇,氮哌醇,咔唑心安多种兽药残留的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS /MS)方法,在已有的研究基础上对样品的前处理方法进行了优化和改进,检出限均为0.5μg/kg,平均加标回收率在77.2%~100.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在4.7%~10.1%之间。该方法简单快速,回收率高,重现性好,方法回收率和精密度满足残留分析规定指标。A liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the determination of some residues of veterinary drug (chlorpromazine, azaperone, propionylpromazine, haloperidol, azaperol and carazolol) in pork was developed. The research optimized and improved the sample pretreatment on the basis of existing study. All of the limits of detection (LODs) of these veterinary drug were 0.5μg/kg. The average recoveries of target drugs ranged from 77.2%-100.3%with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 4.7%-10.1%. The developed method is the suitable method for the rapid quantitative and reliable determination of veterinary drug residues. The results demonstrated that the sensitivity , accuracy and precision of this method meet the requirements of residue analysis. The method is applicable to detect these residues of veterinary drug in pork.
