摘  要:首先提出优秀英语教师的素质框架中应包括有较强的科研能力,能做到科研与教学相互促进,然后剖析学术和学术能力的内涵,特别是界定高校英语教师的学术能力,最后提出构建一个"以网络为平台,以群体为动力,以行动和探究为法则,以培养批判性思维为核心,以专业归档为监控"的学术能力发展模式。First, this paper proposes one of the key qualities that an excellent college English teacher should include a strong research capability and the ability to promote mutually the research and teaching. Then the connotation of academy and academic ability are analyzed, especially the definition of college English teachers ' academic ability. Finally, on this basis, it is proposed that a development pattern of network as a platform, community as a driving force, action and inquiry as the a principle, critical thinking training as the core and 'professional archive as a monitor be built.
