摘　　要：实践教学是实现高校思想政治理论课教育教学目的的必要环节。当前信息网络化形势下新建地方本科院校应建设并充分利用网络平台开展思想政治理论课实践教学,这对于提高大学生对思想政治理论课的学习兴趣和增强其教学实效性有着重要意义。Practice teaching is the necessary link of ideological and political theory course in teaching objective. Under the condition of the current information network, newly-built local undergraduate colleges should make full use of the network platform to carry out practical teaching of Ideological and Political Theory course, which helps to arouse the students＇ interest in learning Ideological and Political Theory course and enhance its teaching effectiveness.
