摘　　要：我国高职院校学生职业生涯规划教育中存在诸多问题。立足问题,实现职业生涯规划教育理论的本土化;遵循学生职业发展导向,创新职业生涯规划教育的新模式;将创业教育纳入职业生涯规划教育并作为重要的核心内容;合作开发与利用职业生涯规划教育的网络资源;充分利用校友资源进行职业生涯规划教育是提高当今职业生涯教育成效的有效途径。The paper makes an investigation on the career education in vocational colleges in Xinjiang and finds some problems. The author contends that the career education on students in vocational colleges will have to localize students＇ career planning to innovate the mode of career education, bring enterprise education into career planning education and make it as the key content, explore network resources of career planning education, and make full use of alumni association to implement career planning education, which are the efficient ways to the current career education.
