摘  要:虽然城镇化给教育发展带来了许多机遇,有效缩小了城乡差距、促进了教育公平发展,但是更大程度地是对教育发展带来的挑战。城镇化进程中成都教育面临的挑战包括:人口变迁对成都教育规划、教育校点布局提出的挑战;城镇化对经费、师资、办学条件、教育质量等教育资源均衡配置提出的挑战;城镇化进程中产业结构调整对农民的非农就业与转移培训、继续教育和社会融合等方面的教育改革提出挑战;城镇化进程中对流动人口子女、留守儿童教育两个特殊问题提出的挑战。教育面临的挑战是教育内部无法解决的,需要各级各部门的通力合作才能迎接挑战,创造新的成果。Urbanization brings many opportunities for education development,effectively narrows the gap of urban and rural education,and promotes the equitable development of education,but it also enables education to face many challenges to a great extent. The author does a case study of Chengdu in this paper,pointing out that the challenges that the education in Chengdu now faces include: demographic change is a challenge for both education planning and school layout in Chengdu; urbanization requires an even allocation of educational resources,such as the allocation of expenditure,teachers,school conditions,education quality and so on; industrial restructuring in urbanization will also challenge education reform in terms of off- farm employment,labor force transfer training,continuing education,social integration and so on; in addition,the education of the children of the floating population as well as that of the stay- at-home children also meet with a great challenge. In the end,the author points out that the challenges now education faces are not what can be dealt with within education itself. Departments at all levels should cooperate with each other to meet these challenges to achieve success.
