摘 要:教学质量是高等教育质量的核心。高校崇尚"教学学术",对于提升教学工作在高校中的地位、推进教学改革、促进教师专业发展具有重要意义。但我国高校存在科研与教学比重失衡、教学方法陈旧、研究性教学缺失、教学开放性不足、缺乏同行交流和教学质量管理松散、业务指导水平偏低等不利于教学学术开展的问题。高校应从转变观念、建章立制、赋权增能、重建教研室、提高课堂实效性等方面来提升高校的教学学术水平,促进教学质量的提高。The quality of teaching is the core of the quality of higher education. Advocating "Scholarship of Teaching" in universities has great significance for enhancing the status of teaching in universities, promoting the teaching reform and the professional development of teachers. But there exist such problems as the imbalance in the proportion of research and teaching, the outdated teaching methods, lack of research-oriented teaching, the insufficient openness for teaching, lack of colleagues' communication, the loose management of teaching quality and the low levels of professional guidance in China's universities, which are not conducive to the implementation of scholarship of teaching. Universities should improve the academic standards in teaching and promote the improvement of teaching quality by changing their ideas, establishing new systems, decentralizing, re-establishing research groups for teaching and improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
