摘　　要：在带学生赴河南许继集团实习过程中,通过倾听和比较,对教学法产生了较为深切的体会,充分备课是提高教学质量的首要条件,在教学过程中必须以学生为本,通过多种方式方法调动学生的学习主动性,合理使用教学手段和工具,启发学生思维,培养他们的钻研精神和创新能力。During the process of leading students to Henan Xuji Group practice, some deep teaching experience is obtained by listening and comparing. Fully lesson preparation is the prerequisite to improve teaching quality. Students are the center, their motivation to learn should be mobilized through a variety of ways and means, and their thinking is inspired by rationally using various teaching methods and tools during the teaching process, thus their inquiring mind and innovation ability are cultured.
