摘 要:在转喻是人类基本认知方式的理论前提下,我们从语篇语义学的角度对汉语指称转喻进行考察的过程中发现:指称转喻通常以谐音词、缩略语和解构汉字等形式实现意义参照;在语篇中,指称转喻不仅构成转喻链,还以转喻簇的形式群聚;指称转喻通常在词汇和语篇两个层面参与意义表达:在概念层面,指称转喻作为参照点可供使用者通达其目标意义;在语篇层面,指称转喻与句法结构互动构造语篇,转喻簇发挥参照点的功能通达语篇意义,前者是纵向参照的过程,后者是横向参照的过程。Under the theoretical premise that metonymy is one of the ways of conceptualizing, from the perspective of discourse semantics it is found from the study of Chinese texts that the referential point functions of metonymies are always realized by means of the creation of homophones, the invention of acronyms and the analysis of Chinese characters; referential metonymies often occur in chains or in clusters in such discourses. The functions of referential metonymies are always realized on two levels. On the conceptual level,they are reference points for target meanings,and on the textual level,together with syntactic structures, they help form texts and serve as basis for expressing implied meanings. The former is a vertical referential process and the latter a horizontal one.
