摘 要:"UAS"合作是教师教育改革的重要驱动力。如何使合作达到一定深度,改变"UAS"有效合作匮乏的现状,首先要有明确的、可达成的具体目标。本研究以名优教师教学风格塑造为突破口,作为开启善学课堂建设的基点。实践中,聚焦对教学微观现象的梳理、研究与提炼,特别注重还原真实的课堂教学场景,走进教师的教学世界和精神世界,丰富教师的实践知识,提升其专业理念。基于这一过程,合作双方建立共同愿景、加强文化融合,发展为真正的教育共同体。UAS (University-Schools) cooperation is important driving force for the teachers'education reform. To make the cooperation reach certain level and change the situation of low-effectiveness,a clear and accomplishable goal is primarily needed. This study originates the formation of outstanding teachers' teaching style which is taken as the cardinal point of constructing enable-learning class. Focusing on micro-plots of teaching in practice, the authors paid attention to sorting out,deep study and refine them,especially tried to restore the true teaching scenes in order to get into teachers' teaching world and their inner world, to enrich teachers' practical knowledge and promote their professional idea. Based on this process, the two cooperative parties establish shared vision and enforce cultural fusion to develop into the real education community.
