论未来的社会变革与高校教师应具备的形象

摘　　要：未来社会的变革 ,使社会经济迅猛变化 ;社会结构激烈变动 ;生产关系和社会关系深刻变革。在这样特定的历史条件下 ,要求教育制度深化变革。为了适应这些变革 ,教育目标必须做出调整 ,高校要不断扩大功能 ,向社会开放 ,迫切需要建立一支高素质的师资队伍。 2 1世纪 ,高素质的高校教师形象应具备 :高尚的职业道德、弘扬师范精神、娴熟的教学技艺、渊博的学科知识 。Our future society is now inevitably facing fantastic changes and reforms in economy,the relations of production social structure and relations,which will unavoidably demand a corresponding further reform in our education system.The institutions of higher learning are thus urgently required to adjust their goals and targets of education,open to the society and cultivate faculty teams of higher quality,The ideal faculty for the 21st century are expected to have the following necessary qualities;High ethics and normal spirits,skilled teaching techniques,Well-commanded expertise and the prospects to be an ideal teacher.
