摘　　要：自20世纪90年代以来,我国教师学习研究大致经历了从萌芽到缓慢发展,再到快速发展为一个独立研究领域的发展历程。这期间,教师学习环境和学习方式等研究主题凸显,但同时存在着教师学习概念混杂,关注在职教师、城市教师学习的较多,研究农村教师、职前教师学习的较少等问题。如何建立教师学习共同体促进高校教师、职前教师、农村教师有效学习,实现共同专业发展,将是一个重要的研究议题。：Since the 1990s, researches on teachers＇ learning begin the embryonic stage, and then come to the rapid development stage. Teachers＇ learning serves as a key theme in relation to environment and model. Yet, it is found that the researches are centered more on the in-service and urban teachers than on rural and pre-service teachers. Hence, it is necessary to create a community of teachers＇ learning with college teachers, pre-service teachers, and rural teachers.
