摘　　要：课堂教学质量作为提高高等教育教学质量的重要因素之一,教师在其中发挥着重要的作用。当前高校的课堂教学面临教师教学水平不高、缺乏课堂评价监督、课堂中重教学轻管理等问题。因此,应改变传统教学模式,从教师教学管理入手,完善教师评价制度,辅以全面课堂评价,加强教师课堂管理,提倡教学教改建设,切实提高高校教学水平。The quality of classroom teaching is the key to improve the college teaching quality, teachers who plays an important role in it. The current teaching level situations for university＇s classroom teaching is not high, lack of classroom assessment and classroom teaching supervision in light of management etc.. So we must changing the traditional teaching mode from teachers＇ management, improve teachers＇ evaluation system combined with the overall classroom assessment, enhancing classroom management and teaching reform, and improve the level of teaching in colleges and universities
