摘　　要：高职院校内涵发展是一种以提高办学水平、提升人才培养质量、进行技术开发、服务区域社会发展等为核心的发展模式。教师队伍建设是其内涵发展的基础与关键。教师队伍建设目标上要体现人文关怀;制度管理上要充满人性化;同时教师要实现个体觉醒。Connotation Development of higher vocational colleges is a pattern of development centered on improving the level of running schools, the quality of talent training and serving regional social development. In the way of connotation development, the construction of higher vocational teacher team is the basis and key factor, so its goal should embody humanistic care; the management system should be full of humanity; teachers should realize their individual awakening.
