摘　　要：中高职教育衔接的机制,是中高职教育内外部各要素遵循系统规律和教育规律相互作用以使二者相互衔接的运行方式。中高职教育衔接的机制包括宏观上中高职教育子系统的衔接和微观上中高职学校以及专业衔接两个层次。当前我国职业教育系统存在着自组织程度较低、中高职教育培养目标层次性不清晰、课程设置重叠、院校之间缺乏衔接的可操作方案等问题。需要通过增强系统的开放性、做好培养目标和课程等要素的衔接、建立区域中高职教育衔接的制度保障体系等方式,完善中高职教育衔接的机制。The articulation mechanism between the secondary and higher TVET is the operating mode of the elements in and out the secondary and higher TVET, which are operated following the rules of the system and education. The articulation mechanism consists of macro-mechanism and micro-mechanism, the former concerning the articulation between the secondary and higher subsystems and the latter concerning the articulation between the secondary and higher TVET schools and specialties. Some problems existing in the TVET system obstruct the articulation mechanism operation. The TVET system should take some changes both in micro and macro levels to improve the articulation mechanism, such as increasing the openness of the system, connecting the training objectives, curricula and other key elements of secondary and higher TVET schools, and establishing the regional articulating systems.
