摘 要:研究了棉籽壳木聚糖酶解液的活性炭脱色工艺。结果表明:在试验的HAC型粉状、HC-303、732型和302型4种活性炭中,HAC型粉状活性炭脱色效果较好,在温度50℃,pH 5.0,50 min,活性炭添加量2.5 g/L的条件下,其脱色率达到65.86%,还原糖损失率为10.6%。以活性炭添加量、脱色时间、脱色温度、pH为考察因素,通过单因素试验和响应面法优化棉籽壳木聚糖酶解液HAC型粉状活性炭脱色工艺,其最佳脱色工艺:活性炭在添加量为2.08 g/L,温度为47℃,初始pH为3.2的条件下脱色51 min,脱色率可达74.36%。Active carbon decoloration for xylo-oligosaccharides syrups were investigated. Results showed that Among the test4 types of activated carbons, HAC powder activated charcoal performed better. 65.86% of color value was removed and only10.6% reducing sugars were lost when 2.5 g/L of activated charcoal was added at 50 ℃, pH 5.0 for 50 min. The decolorizafiontechnology of xylanase liquid solution was optimized by the single-factor experiment and response surface method, with addingamount of activated carbon addition, pH, decolorization time and temperature as factors. The optimal decolorization technologywas as follows: activated carbon addition (W/V) accounted for 2.08 g/L, decolorization time 51 min, pH 3.2, decolorizationtemperature 47 ℃ and the decolorization rate 74.36%.
