摘 要:目的探讨以团队为基础的学习教学模式在医学英语教学中的应用效果。方法通过整群抽样的方法,选取194名2010级临床专业学生,将他们随机分为TBL教学组和传统教学组,通过调查问卷和成绩测试对两组的教学效果进行评价。结果显示TBL教学组学生在学习态度、学习效果、学习能力三方面的评分均有显著的提高,明显优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。TBL教学组和传统教学组的测试成绩分别为(88.20±3.30)和(74.10±3.68)分,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医学英语教学应用TBL教学模式提高了学生的学习兴趣和自学能力,加深了医学英语知识的理解和记忆,增强了团队合作能力,提高了医学英语的教学效果。Objective To discuss the application of Team-Based Learning (TBL) teaching method in medical English teaching. Methods A total of 194 clinical medicine students within the level of 2010 of Mudanjiang Medical College were selected by using of cluster sampling method, and randomly divided into two groups: one was the TBL teaching group and the other was traditional teaching group. The teaching results of the two groups were evaluated by the questionnaire and class examination. Results The students of TBL teaching group had obvious improvement on learning attitude, learning effect and learning ability, which were all significantly higher than those of traditional teaching group (P〈0.05). The scores of test of the two groups were (88.20 ± 3.30) and (74.10 ± 3.68), which showed that there was significant difference between TBL teaching group and traditional teaching group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Applying TBL teaching method in Medical English teaching can promote students' learning interest and self-learning ability, deepen comprehension and memory of medical English knowledge, enhance team cooperation ability, and improve the teaching effect of medical English.
