摘  要:目的:以补血草为原料,采用超声法提取醇溶性物质,对提取物中的黄酮类化合物进行研究。方法:石油醚脱脂后,以甲醇为溶剂超声提取醇溶性物质,提取物减压浓缩除去有机溶剂,经真空冷冻干燥后得到粗提物。取粗提物,加80%甲醇和2mL4.0mol/L HCl,70℃水解4h,减压浓缩除去水解液,得到黄酮苷元。用高效液相色谱法测定补血草根、茎、叶、花中黄酮类化合物槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素、儿茶素及没食子酸的含量。结果:补血草根、茎、叶和花各个部位没食子酸和儿茶素含量较高,为6.33~1.56mg/100g;补血草叶中山奈酚含量为0.16mg/100g,其余部位未检测出;补血草根中未检测出槲皮素,其余部位含量为0.3~5.81mg/100g。结论:补血草各部位儿茶素和没食子酸含量都明显高于槲皮素和山奈酚。Objective: In this papaer, useing the Limonium spp. as raw materials, alcohol-soluble material was ex- tracted by ultrasonic extraction. Flavonoids extract was analysised. Methods: Extract was concentrated under reduced pres- sure to remove the organic solvent, then by vacuum freeze-drying moisture was removed. Dried residue (50 mg) was weighed into a 10-mL test tube then dissolved in 8mL 80% MeOH and 2 mL g.0 mol/L HC1. Hydrolysis was carried out in a water bath at 70℃ for g h. Flavonoid compounds: quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, catechin and gallic acid content in roots, stems, leaves, flowers of Limonium spp. was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Isorhamnetin was not detected in roots, stems, leaves, flowers of Limonium spp. The cntent of gallic acid and catechin in all parts were high: 6.33-1.56 mg/(100 g). Kaempfer--1 content in leaves of the Limonium spp. was 0.16 mg/ (100 g), but remaining parts were not detected. Quercetin was not detected in root. Contents of other parts were 0.3- 5.81 mg/(100 g). Conclusion: The catechins and gallic acid content in various parts of the Limonium spp were signifi- cantly higher than that of quercetin and kaempferol content and various parts of isorhamnetin were not detected.
