摘　　要：随着时代的发展,作为"道德榜样"教师形象的局限性逐渐凸显。"道德能动者"教师形象强调教师对教育实践中道德要素及意义的觉察和理解,更有益于学校伦理文化的建构,它凸显了教育过程的道德性,更有利于师生共同的道德成长。提升教师的道德想象力和教师的道德选择能力,可更好地促进"道德能动者"教师形象的建立。With the development of the era, the limitation of teachers image which as a ＂moral example＂ has been increasingly highlighted.Teachers image of moral agentwhich emphasized the moral education practice elements , significance of awareness and understanding, has more conducive to the construction of school moral culture. It highlights the moral education process which is more advantageous to the teachers and students common moral growth. Improving teachers moral imagination and teachers moral choice abilitycan promote the establishment of a ＂moral agent＂ teachers image.
