摘　　要：新疆"内初班"是新疆少数民族基础教育发展的一项改革和创新,对于加快新疆少数民族双语教育、提高少数民族教育质量有着十分重要的意义。文章对于这种双语人才培养模式进行分析探讨,旨在总结经验,发现问题,促进发展。Xinjiang ＂Mainland Junior Class＂ is a reform and innovation in the developing of the basic education of minority nationality. It plays a very vital and significant role in accelerating and improving bilingual education in Xinjiang. This essay not only aimed to sum up experiences, but also to find out and promote the development ofXinjiang bilingual talents cultivation mode.
