摘　　要：利用语料库软件,对《21世纪大学英语读写教程》(1-4册)的词汇分布特征、难易程度以及和大学英语课程教学大纲要求的呼应程度进行了定量分析和定性研究,以期能给教材的词汇评析和文章选材编写提供一些参考和启示。By means of corpus software ,the paper is to make a quantitative analysis and qualitative study of the data from 21st Century College English Reading and Writing Course （Volume I - IV） ,analyze the lexical distribution features and complexity , the correspondence between textbooks and college English curriculum Requirements ,so as to give some reference and enlightenment to the evaluation of textbooks＇words and teaching material choosing and compilation .
