摘　　要：铁路桥梁施工与维护课程是高职铁道工程技术专业的一门专业核心课程。随着社会的发展,学生的认知方式发生了较大变化。为适应这种新变化,更好地培养学生铁路桥梁与施工维护领域的专业能力、实践能力及工程创新能力,对该课程需要进一步进行改革。在综合分析现行铁路桥梁施工与维护课程教学中存在问题的基础上,着重对课程教学内容、方法、手段和评价方式等方面的改革进行了探讨和实践,并提出一些具体有效的改革措施。Railway bridge construction and maintenance course is a professional core course of higher vocational railway engineering. With the development of the society, large changes have taken place in the students＇ cognitive style. To adapt to the new change, better train students＇ professional ability, practice ability and engineering innovation ability in the field of railway bridge construction and maintenance, it needs to further reform the course. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of existing problems in railway bridge construction and maintenance teaching, it explores and practices the reform on teaching content, method, means and evaluation mode, and puts forward some specific and effective reform measures.
